We've got heaps of activities happening during the Games. Take a look below and get ready for an epic time:
The Alice Springs Masters Games Opening Ceremony and Closing Party will be a celebration of ‘The Games with Heart’, with plenty of entertainment for everyone to enjoy. The free family-friendly events will feature a line-up of crowd favourites and up-and-coming musicians.
The Opening Ceremony at TIO Traeger Park Oval, in partnership with Alice Springs Town Council will welcome the athletes with a march, Welcome to Country and smoking ceremony, and concert featuring DJ JLC, Australian rock band Taxiride featuring Jason Singh and Australian country music artist and songwriter Brad Cox. Kicking off at 5pm, Saturday 12 October, the community event will include food and beverage vendors for hungry attendees, and fireworks.
The Closing Party will invite everyone to celebrate the achievements, camaraderie and fun that was the 2024 Alice Springs Masters Games. DJ JLC plus will bring the entertainment at Lasseters Centre of Entertainment, with the party to start at 6pm Saturday 19 October. Lasseters will provide food and beverage options for purchase.

TAXIRIDE featuring Jason Singh
TAXIRIDE is an Australian rock band from Melbourne. Jason Singh, the owner of the soaring voice that propelled Australian rock band TAXIRIDE to international fame will bring his vocals once again to the band. Get ready to listen to mega-hit ‘Get Set’ and anthem ‘Everywhere You Go’ and the 2002 most played song on Australian radio ‘Creepin’ Up Slowly’.
Brad Cox
Brad Cox, an Australian country music artist and songwriter, captivates audiences with his authentic spirit and down-to-earth persona. Pseudo Echo
Get ready to rock to the iconic sounds of the eighties with the legendary Pseudo Echo.
Best known for their international smash hit cover of ‘Funky Town’, Pseudo Echo revolutionised the music landscape with their avante-garde style and hits like, ‘Listening’, ‘A Beat For You’, ‘Don’t Go’, ‘Living In A Dream’ and ‘Love An Adventure’.
