Alice Springs Masters Games 2012
The 2012 Alice Springs Masters Games is drawing near and the time comes once again to contact our team mates, pull together our sports equipment and start making preperations to join the fun at the 2012 Alice Springs Masters Games.
13th - 20th October 2012 will see the Red Centre come to life. Known as the Friendly Games, the Alice Springs Masters Games is the longest running Masters Games event in Australia. The Games in 1986 was the first in Australia and has continued biannually for 28 years as it heads to it's 14th running in 2012.
Alice Springs brings to the Games the unique opportunity to participate in one of the worlds most remote areas. The community boasts some excellent sporting facilities which have played host to many local, interstate and on occassion National sporting events.
